Choose to put your mind into a positive state.

Notice the wandering thoughts that take you away from it, and come back to a centered place. Breathe in. Breathe out.

In that moment you transform your relationship with your thoughts.

Don’t silence the thoughts, just create a different relationship with your mind and how the thoughts make you feel. 

Train your mind to come back to the joy that is the root of you. Thoughts and emotions come and go.

This is what I'd call becoming the boss inside your body.
